RETAIL ORDERS & SHIPPING POLICY

For retail orders only, if the order totals more than $88.00 CAD before tax and is within Canada, shipping cost is waived. Cancelled items may affect shipping fee. This offer is subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY TIME EXPECTATION

All coffees are roasted within 48 to 72 hours after successful submission of order and will be shipped before 6 p.m. on the day of roast.

REFUND POLICY

In consideration of the staling nature of coffee once roasted, we do not accept returns of roasted coffee. However, we value any customer comments, concerns, or complaints regarding our products highly at Bicerin. Please send us an email (info@bicerincoffee.com). We want to hear from our customers and will work something out to the best of our abilities.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that our website processes all payments immediately upon submission. Orders can be cancelled at no cost within 12 hours of purchase. We urge our customers to email the order information to info@bicerincoffee.com as soon as possible if they do decide to cancel an order.

If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of sending the items back to us. When returning a cancelled order, the customer must ship via a courier that provides tracking and inform us of the tracking number. The customer will not be credited until we have received the returned item in good condition. Please note that cancelled orders that have been shipped must be returned unopened.

BACK ORDER POLICY

In the case of an out-of-stock item, our policy is to hold the order and contact the customer right away. A customer may then decide to select a substitution or withdraw the order altogether. We will not ship partial orders.
