Shipping & Orders
If your order totals more than $55.00 (before taxes) and is within Canada, the shipping fee is waived. Cancelled items may affect your shipping fee. This offer is subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY TIME EXPECTATION
Bicerin Coffee roasts all coffee the 24 hours after the order has been submitted and ships all products fresh the day of roasting before 6 pm.
We are happy to offer competitive shipping rates to our International customers. Please inquire with firstname.lastname@example.org for country specific shipping charges.
We accept Visa, Mastercard card, Interac and Paypal through our secure on-line server.
Should you wish to return an item to us, please call our qualified staff and note that you will be required to ship the item back to us in the original package without any damages, at your own cost. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition. Any returned items that have been used will be assessed a minimum 30% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, if for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please email us email@example.com or give us a call 1.905.470.8523 and we will work something out with you. Please email us should you have any comments, concerns, questions or complaints as we value your feedback.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in the above listed condition, we will promptly process it, and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that our e-commerce website processes your payment immediately upon submission.
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you within 12 hours of the purchase, pending on the item has not yet shipped. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order so that we can cancel shipment. We will credit the canceled item payment back to your original card in 12 hours, pending no cost has happened yet.
If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, Bicerin is not responsible for the cost.
For items that are canceled after the shipment, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item in good condition. Please note that cancelled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.
BACK ORDER POLICY
If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, our policy is to hold the order and contact the customer about the delay. You can then decide to make substitutions or delete an item from the cart. We will not ship partial orders.
