Description
Overview:
Coffee Value Assessment – It is a two full days course, it is a certification course as well. It introduces why the changes in the coffee value system, pilot projects, and how each can support different points in the supply chain. It introduces descriptive and affective evaluate system, and how to use the newly designed 15 pts scale and Check All That Apply method.
It is some theory especially on day 1 and then many activities, the majority not coffee based 🙂 so they are fun. The only exams are: one written one which is done online, 25 questions; one for olfactory references; and one for the whole “use of the system”.
Attendees will be at Bicerin Coffee Lab from 8:30am to 6:00pm each day.
