Roaster’s (Jingbo) comment: we specifically created a special roasting profile for keeping the flavor inside more and need espresso machine to use the 9bar pressure to push the flavor out. This coffee is a true challenge for baristas to extract out the perfect balanced flavor, and recommend to use for Italian style espresso extraction only.
